Hi! My name is Shelly Sakich (pronounced like SAY-kitch). I live, work, and play in Austin, Texas, where I have made my home since 2000. I love all kinds of design, and I have a deep appreciation for perfect simple design solutions that make me think “OF COURSE”!
I have a BFA in Visual Communications from Auburn University that provided me with a strong background in design fundamentals, typography, and fine art. I have extensive print design experience, expertise in Adobe CC, and digital design experience for web, social, and banner ads.
My work experiences have required self-direction and motivation, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. I work well on my own or with a team. I’m very detail oriented, and I take proofreading and quality control seriously. Most importantly, I understand that good communication is key to getting a job done efficiently and properly in order to deliver beautiful and effective projects on time and on spec.
